Firstly we had to make sure that each individual person knew the 7 separate stations along Infirmary road where the R.T.C was occurring and separate each person into one of the stations. However, we also had to know the mission which was at each station encase of any movement of person.
When planning the R.T.C it was vital that we had floor plans for each floor of the building, we had to draw these out and make sure that each were to an equal scale, this plan also included the road which showed were each station was and the area in which that station covered.
